At Barham High School, we understand that students' mental health and emotional wellbeing are just as important as their academic success. To ensure every student feels supported, our schools provide access to dedicated wellbeing staff and qualified school counsellors who are here to help students navigate personal, social, and academic challenges.
Who Are Our Wellbeing Staff?
Our wellbeing staff are trained professionals with expertise in supporting students’ emotional, social, and psychological needs. They work closely with teachers, parents, and external support services to create a positive school environment where every student feels safe, supported, and included.

School Counsellors: Your Partners in Student Wellbeing
Our school counsellors are professionally trained psychologists or social workers, equipped to provide confidential counselling and psychological services. They help students address a wide range of issues, from dealing with stress and anxiety to managing conflicts and developing coping strategies.
